Rights Complaint and Takedown Procedure

Version 1.1 - Last updated: July 18, 2026

This procedure explains how BrewTunes receives and assesses rights complaints, collecting-society enquiries and takedown requests relating to the BrewTunes website, platform or music catalog.

1. Where to send a complaint

Send rights complaints and legal notices to legal@brewtunes.es. General support requests should be sent to support@brewtunes.es.

2. Information we need

To assess a complaint, include:

3. Our response

BrewTunes will log and review each complete complaint promptly. We may request further information, temporarily hold or remove a track, disable access, replace catalog material, verify customer certificate status, reject unsupported claims, or permanently remove or rework catalog items where appropriate.

If a complaint concerns a subscribed venue, BrewTunes may ask the subscriber for supporting information, including certificate number, premises, dates and confirmation that only the official BrewTunes Service was used.

4. No admission

Temporary removal, replacement, suspension or correspondence is not an admission of liability, infringement or wrongdoing.

5. Customer instructions

Customers who receive an enquiry about BrewTunes audio should send the document to legal@brewtunes.es, keep a copy, provide their Music License Certificate, and avoid signing acknowledgements of liability or settling claims on BrewTunes' behalf without written approval.
