This certificate confirms that the business identified above is an authorized subscriber of the BrewTunes music streaming service and holds a direct contractual license to play BrewTunes background music at the premises specified above and make the limited promotional use described below, subject to the BrewTunes Terms of Service and Subscription and License Agreement.

1. Licensing basis

All music in the BrewTunes catalog has been generated using artificial-intelligence tools under commercial-use rights held by BrewTunes or its licensors. BrewTunes holds the rights needed to distribute and sublicense these tracks for commercial playback through the Service, and maintains internal provenance records for the catalog.

To BrewTunes' knowledge and based on those records, the BrewTunes catalog is not intentionally registered with or administered by SGAE, SDAE, SOMOS MUSICA/AGEDI-AIE, KODA, Gramex, PRS for Music, GEMA, SACEM, ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or equivalent collective-management societies.

2. Scope of license

The Subscriber is licensed to (a) stream BrewTunes music as in-venue background ambience at the premises identified above; and (b) use BrewTunes music in the Subscriber's own social media content and advertising materials to promote the subscribed business. The Subscriber may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, broadcast, register in content-identification systems, claim ownership of, or otherwise make the music available to third parties.

3. Verification

The validity of this certificate and the Subscriber's active subscription status can be verified by contacting BrewTunes at verification@brewtunes.es or through the BrewTunes certificate verification page. The public check returns only whether the certificate is active; it does not disclose subscriber or venue information. BrewTunes responds to reasonable enquiries from regulatory authorities and collective-management organizations regarding the licensing status of music played by Subscribers.

4. Important limits

This certificate covers only audio played from the official BrewTunes streaming service during an active subscription and permitted promotional use within the scope above. It does not cover radio, television, personal streaming services, live performers, DJ sets, downloaded files, customer-owned music libraries or any source other than BrewTunes. It is not legal advice and does not state that the venue is exempt from every royalty, equitable remuneration, levy or collecting-society payment imposed by mandatory law in the country of use.
