Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using the BrewTunes platform and streaming service (the "Service"). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and the Subscription and License Agreement.

1. Purpose

The Service provides AI-generated background music for commercial spaces. This AUP helps ensure that Subscribers use the Service for its intended purpose and protect the platform, catalog and other users.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service to: (a) stream background music at your designated commercial premises through the official BrewTunes player; (b) use BrewTunes music in your own social media posts, videos, reels and advertising materials to promote your subscribed business; and (c) access and manage your account through the BrewTunes website.

The permitted promotional use does not allow standalone track uploads, downloads, music-library uploads, content-identification registrations, resale, sublicensing, third-party advertising campaigns, podcasts, broadcasts, games, public playlists, DJ services, white-label services or making BrewTunes music available as a separate audio asset.

BrewTunes may investigate suspected violations. If we determine that a violation occurred, we may issue a warning, suspend access, terminate the account, remove access to certificate materials, or take other reasonable action. Termination for breach does not entitle the Subscriber to a refund unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Reporting

If you become aware of misuse of the Service, report it to support@brewtunes.es.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Subscribers by email or in-Service notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
