Refund and Cancellation Policy

Version 1.2 - Last updated: July 18, 2026

This policy applies to the B2B BrewTunes subscription. It supplements the Terms of Service and Subscription and License Agreement.

Renewal and cancellation

Each subscription is billed per designated location on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual) and renews automatically. You can cancel through the designated payment provider's hosted management surface or your account flow before the next renewal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access and the related music licence continue only until that date.

Refunds, duplicate charges and credit notes

Unused time is not normally refundable. If you believe you were charged twice or a charge was made in error, contact support@brewtunes.es promptly with the receipt or transaction reference. Because our designated payment provider (currently Stripe) acts as merchant of record, refunds, credit notes, chargebacks and dispute handling are determined under the provider's own process and the provider may issue refunds at its discretion; they are also subject to mandatory law and the facts of the case, and BrewTunes can issue refunds through the provider where appropriate. BrewTunes does not promise a refund merely because a subscription is cancelled.

VAT validation and later tax information

When VAT validation is invalid, unavailable or does not establish reverse-charge eligibility, you may continue at the advertised net price plus the VAT applicable to your country, calculated and added at checkout (for example, currently 21% in Spain). You can later supply or update tax information for future billing through your account or the provider's management flow. A later VAT ID does not guarantee retrospective tax adjustment, refund, invoice replacement or credit note; any correction requires legal eligibility and support from the designated payment provider's applicable process.

Payment failure

The designated payment provider may retry a failed recurring payment under the configured billing rules. We may show a payment-attention notice and suspend or remove paid access when the subscription is no longer in good standing. Update payment details through the provider's hosted management surface.
